terms and conditions

introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all activities and services offered by das Kunst. By registering or participating in an activity, the participant (or their parent/legal representative) agrees to these terms and conditions.

registrations and payments

• registration is via our website or other channels designated by das Kunst
• payments must be made within 7 days of registration, unless otherwise stated
• if an opportunity tariff is used, this must be indicated at registration, it cannot be applied afterwards

cancellations and refunds

• cancellation within 14 days after registration: free cancellation is possible within 14 days after registration
• cancellation up to one month before the start of the activity: in case of cancellation, 30% of the registration fee will be retained as an administrative cost
• cancellation within one month before the activity: no refund possible unless for medical reasons (with doctor's certificate)
• in case of cancellation for medical reasons, days not taken will be refunded, minus 30% administrative cost

conditions of participation

• participants must meet the indicated age requirements for the activity, participation in a das Kunst activity is possible from the age of 6 onwards
• participants are expected to treat others and the material with respect
• das Kunst reserves the right to refuse or remove participants for serious misconduct, without entitlement to a refund

health and safety

• any medical or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of registration
• in the event of an emergency, the designated emergency contact will be contacted

liability and insurance

• das Kunst is not liable for loss, theft or damage to participants' personal property
• in case of bodily injury during activities, insurance is provided unless the injury is caused by participant's negligence

privacy and use of images

• personal data will be processed according to the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR)
• by participating, the participant consents to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise at registration

changes or cancellation by das Kunst

• das Kunst reserves the right to change or cancel activities in case of insufficient enrollment or force majeure
• in case of cancellation by das Kunst the full registration fee will be refunded

complaints procedure

• complaints can be submitted in writing to info@daskunst.be
• das Kunst strives to provide a response within 14 days

applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, the courts of the district where das Kunst is established have jurisdiction.

das Kunst is committed to mediation to resolve conflicts out of court whenever possible. For questions or advice, participants can also contact API (Integrity Contact Point), which offers independent advice on integrity issues.

In the case of legal disputes, das Kunst offers its full cooperation with judicial authorities and mediation organizations to reach a fair solution.
