Increasing imagination, adaptability and cooperation begins with the way in which the artistic staff (full-time permanent employees) systematically and collaboratively conceive the 10-year thematic trajectories. Work is done visually, approachable, structured and yet flexible. This creates a vessel of artistic and technical inspiration for each theme. The employees work with this every day for a year. At peak times, they are joined by more than 120 young artists working with us.
